How long does production take?
Most 3D-printed products are made to order. Please allow at least 24 hours for production before shipping. Larger items, specialty finishes, multi-color prints, or busy order periods may require additional time.

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Why can colors or finishes vary slightly?
Product photos show a representative finish. Gradient, multicolor, silk, sparkle, translucent, glow, wood-like, and other specialty materials may vary slightly because each print can capture a different part of the filament transition or visual effect.
How should I care for 3D-printed items?
3D-printed items should be kept away from high heat, direct sunlight for long periods, and rough handling. Small layer lines and minor surface variation are normal in 3D printing.
Can I request a custom color or special option?
For custom colors, names, or special requests, contact us before ordering. We’ll let you know what is possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
