Returns & Refunds
We want your order to arrive in good condition and match what you selected. Because many Fidget Factory items are made to order, return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, and reason for return.
Returns
Return window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions: Custom orders, final-sale items, made-to-order items, and items showing wear are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligibility by Product Type
3D-Printed In-Stock Items:
Returnable within 7 days of delivery if unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging.
3D-Printed Made-to-Order Items:
Because these pieces are produced to fulfill your selected tier, finish, and colorway, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customizations:
Custom colors, names, engravings, personalized items, or special-request prints are final sale unless defective or incorrect.
Third-Party Retail Items / Non-3D-Printed Items:
Returnable within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging. Opened items may be eligible for replacement or refund only if defective.
Bundles & Gift Sets:
Bundles and gift sets must be returned complete with all items in the set. Partial returns of bundles are not accepted.
Clearance / Final Sale:
Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us through our Support or Contact page with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will review your request and reply with instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an approved defect, damage, or wrong item received.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item and place a new order. If a direct exchange is preferred and stock allows, we may be able to arrange it. Contact us for assistance.
Defects, Damages & Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.
What Counts as a Defect
3D printing naturally produces fine layer lines, seam marks, and minor surface variation. These normal characteristics are not considered defects.
Breakage on arrival, missed layers, under-extrusion causing weakness, joint failure on arrival, or a product that does not match your order selection will be reviewed as potential defects.
Color & Finish Variation
Product photos show representative finishes. Gradient, multicolor, silk, sparkle, translucent, glow, wood-like, and other specialty materials may vary slightly from photos because each print can capture a different part of the filament transition or visual effect. These normal variations are not considered defects.
Restocking
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns to help cover inspection, repackaging, and payment processing costs.
