This website is operated by Fidget Factory. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the Terms below.

Online Store Terms

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, pricing, photos, descriptions, materials, finishes, and availability accurately. However, product photos may show representative finishes, and actual colors or effects may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, production method, and material behavior.

3D-Printed Products

Some products are 3D-printed after you place your order. Any quoted production timelines are estimates and may vary based on print queue, finishing needs, material availability, product size, and order volume.

Small layer lines, seam marks, and minor surface variation are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered defects.

Licensed Designs & Attribution

We sell physical 3D prints of models created by independent designers under active commercial license agreements. We do not claim authorship of the underlying 3D models. Model copyrights remain with their respective designers.

Product images, branding, copy, storefront content, and Fidget Factory-created materials are owned by or used by Fidget Factory. Some model designs are created by independent designers and printed under commercial license.

Made-to-Order & Production Times

Some products are produced after you place your order. Any quoted timelines are estimates and may vary based on print queue, finishing, material availability, and order volume.

If there is a material delay or production issue, we will notify you and offer available options.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders where necessary.

We do not guarantee that all products, finishes, colors, or variants will remain available.

Bundles & Promotions

Bundle pricing applies only when items are purchased together as listed. Returns of bundles must include all items in the bundle, as described in our Refund Policy.

We may change, pause, or end promotions at any time.

Third-Party Products

From time to time we may offer non-3D-printed third-party products. These items are sourced from external manufacturers or suppliers.

Product warranties, care instructions, specifications, and manufacturer claims may be provided by the original manufacturer, without limiting any rights you may have under applicable law.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We may refuse any order you place with us.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, account, billing, and shipping information.

Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available through our Service may include materials from third parties or links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content or websites, and we do not warrant or assume liability for third-party materials, websites, products, or services.

Materials & Environment

Due to the nature of thermoplastics, prolonged exposure to heat, hot vehicles, direct sunlight, or improper storage may affect product form or finish.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from storage, handling, or use contrary to care guidance provided on our site.

Safety & Age Guidance

Many items include small parts, articulated links, moving joints, or decorative elements. Unless otherwise stated, products are intended for ages 8+ and are not toys for young children.

Do not place items in the mouth. Keep small parts away from young children and pets. PLA and similar materials can deform under heat; keep products away from high temperatures.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Fidget Factory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or products, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
